1. Product Access and Refund Policy

The Migraine World Summit offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied or have any questions about your purchase, you may open a support ticket at:

Please note:

• We cannot guarantee that all features of the All Access Pass will be compatible with every device or internet provider.

• Some devices may not support video streaming or content downloads.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you in accessing our free or paid content.

2. Lifetime Access

Purchasing an All Access Pass grants you lifetime access to that year’s Migraine World Summit content for as long as the service is made available online.

• Each annual Summit is sold separately unless clearly stated in your product description.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue access if circumstances require it (e.g. platform closures or technical constraints).

3. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may share the content with immediate family members in the same household.

• All content remains the intellectual property of the Migraine World Summit.

• You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, upload, or transmit any part of the content online or offline without written permission.

  • Share, rent, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer access to any part of the product.

  • Create derivative works or alter the content in any way.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees.

4. Content Usage Policy

Our mission is to reduce the global burden of migraine through education and fundraising. We encourage sharing of insights from the Summit while respecting our copyright.

Non-Commercial Use (Permitted with Attribution):

You may share insights from the Summit if you:

• Use approved examples:

  Image/Video:

You may request permission to use:

• Up to 200 words of a transcript, or

• Up to 1 minute of video or audio

Commercial Use (Requires a License):

Any use of content for commercial purposes requires a license. This includes use in:

• Corporate training

• Employee wellness portals

• Public presentations

• Advertising or marketing materials

• Paid apps or subscription products
